“I worked with Kim on several projects that I managed since joining Diebold over a year ago, and she provided excellent support and creativity as the designer on those projects. She definitely exceeded all expectations with the quality of her work, initiative beyond what was requested, and her overall enthusiasm for the projects. Normally a designer aligned to these types of projects would take direction from me following initial conversations with the client, but in Kim’s case, I simply had to invite her to the initial client meetings and she could take it from there. Her final products required little to no additional feedback from me. She is an excellent client-facing communicator and does not hesitate to take ownership of the presentation aspects of her work as well. Also, she excelled at stepping outside of her normal duties and providing senior consultant level support when my teams were smaller and additional help was needed. I would strongly recommend Kim for both design and consulting roles.”
