To Whom It May Concern: It is my pleasure to write this reference letter in support of Kimberly R. Collignon, for a position within your organization. As Senior Director of Diebold Consulting/Diebold Advisory Services within Diebold, Incorporated, Kim worked on my team as Design Coordinator. Her depth of work ranged from creative design work including, but not limited to: corporate marketing materials, brand manual, client surveys, PowerPoint presentations and reports, informational design graphics, 2D and 3D retail banking floor plan designs, Flash website, large scale conference/trade show signage, to month-end accounting, billing/revenue reports and other office manager type duties. Kim has also taken the initiative to train the team on various subjects. These include her 2012 brand manual and presentation designs, ADA knowledge, and Salesforce.com administration. On top of her duties, Kim also managed the construction and build-out of our latest Buffalo office location. In her role as Design Coordinator, Kim was creative and eager to learn, inquisitive, very well- organized and goal-oriented. Kim was never hesitant to work on new tasks or projects beyond her range of knowledge. She consistently demonstrated a high level of initiative and willingness to do whatever was necessary to get the job done and at a high quality level that always met or exceeded our clients’ expectations. Kim brings experience, expertise and creative skills as a Graphic Designer and I am confident she could fulfill a creative leadership role. Kim has taken the initiative to develop many positive relationships amongst her team members, directors/managers and other colleagues within various departments of Diebold, Inc. Her personal and social skills, ability to work within a group or independently, and her communication skills are exceptional.
